How to Request a Return

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective part, you can request a return by submitting a support ticket. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

How to Start a Return

In your ticket, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Email Address used for the order

  • The Part Number you want to return

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

2. Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

If the return is approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return label (if applicable)

  • Any restocking fee details (if applicable)

Mandatory Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped directly to our returns facility listed below, regardless of where the product was originally shipped from, including drop-shipped orders.

Returns sent to any other address or vendor location will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Return Policy Summary

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all packaging

  • Electrical parts, custom items, special-order parts, and installed or used items are not eligible for return

  • Returns due to customer error (ordering the wrong part, no longer needed, etc.) are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after inspection and approval

  • All returns must be shipped to our Newville, PA address listed above — returns sent elsewhere will not be refunded

After the Return is Received

  • The item will be inspected for condition

  • If approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete
