1. Go to the Support Page

Submit a Ticket

2. Submit a Ticket with the Following Details:

  • Order Number

  • Part or Equipment Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video clearly showing the problem

  • Date of installation and when the issue occurred

3. Wait for Review

Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide:

  • Warranty resolution details

  • Instructions for returning the item (if required)

  • Any applicable replacement or refund options

❗ Please Do Not:

  • Dispose of the item before your claim is reviewed

  • Return items without receiving instructions from our team

  • Submit a claim for items outside the eligible warranty period
