The YP10000GNC puts out 10,000 starting watts and 8,300 running watts, which moves it past selective backup into running most of a home at once. The 30A main breaker is the number to check against your transfer switch if you're wiring it in rather than running cords.

Steady output, long runtime
Automatic voltage regulation holds output stable as loads switch on and off, protecting electronics and motors alike. The 6.6-gallon tank delivers 9.5 hours at 25 percent load, and low-oil shutdown protects the engine on an unattended overnight run.
