Welcome to Green Spring Inc. dba Green Spring Tractor® (“Green Spring Tractor®,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Green Spring Tractor® is a federally registered trademark of Green Spring Inc.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and your purchases of products and services from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this Site solely for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to breach security, disrupt operations, scrape data, or improperly access Site systems.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access at our discretion if misuse or violations occur.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, manuals, and product listings, is the property of Green Spring Tractor® or its licensors and is protected by U.S. trademark and copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use of site content is prohibited.
3. User Accounts
Account holders are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized account access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse Site functionality.
4. Products, Pricing, and Orders
We sell new aftermarket parts, OEM parts, used and salvage parts, equipment, tractors, and accessories.
Unless explicitly stated, all aftermarket parts are not OEM-manufactured.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by John Deere, Deere & Company®, or any OEM brands unless expressly stated.
Product listings, availability, specifications, pricing, and shipping timelines may change without notice.
Inventory errors, pricing errors, supplier shortages, or fraud indicators may result in order cancellations. If payment has been captured, a full refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for verifying correct fitment prior to ordering.
Some orders are fulfilled directly by third-party dropshipping suppliers or fulfillment partners.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before order shipment or processing.
We accept major credit cards processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, as well as other payment methods made available during checkout.
All charges are processed in U.S. dollars.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders may ship directly from our Pennsylvania location or from fulfillment partners.
Shipments may be handled by UPS, USPS, T-Force Freight, or other carriers at our discretion.
Shipping charges are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and service selected.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier service issues
Weather events
Supplier processing delays
Acts of God or force majeure events
7. Warranties and Returns
Used Parts
Unless otherwise stated:
Used and salvage parts include a 30-day limited warranty against failure under normal use.
New Aftermarket Parts
Unless otherwise stated:
New aftermarket parts carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Yanmar Products
Covered exclusively by Yanmar manufacturer warranty, subject to Yanmar terms and registration requirements.
Returns
All returns require prior authorization and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all original packaging and materials, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
All returns must be shipped directly to our returns facility at the address below, regardless of where the item was originally shipped from (including drop-shipped orders). Returns sent to any other address or vendor location will not be accepted or refunded.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns unless the return is the direct result of an error on our part (incorrect item shipped or damaged in transit).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when a return is due to our error.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Electrical parts
Custom-built or special-order items
Items that have been installed or show signs of use
Products returned without prior authorization
Products shipped to any address other than the one listed above for returns
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet these return conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense with no refund issued.
Warranty Limitation
Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for labor, downtime, lost income, equipment costs, or installation-related damages.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where warranty coverage is specifically described above, all products and services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all additional express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states restrict warranty exclusions; provisions apply subject to those laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including labor costs, business interruption, or lost profits.
Any claim must be initiated within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Spring Tractor®, its affiliates, owners, and employees from all claims or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Website misuse or unlawful activity
11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Pennsylvania.
By agreeing to these Terms:
You waive any right to class or collective actions.
You waive the right to jury trial for arbitrated claims.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, transportation failures, supply chain disruption, labor issues, or government actions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law.
Claims not subject to arbitration must be litigated exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes apply to new transactions after publication.
Users are responsible for reviewing current terms before ordering.
15. User Submissions
By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes.
Content must not be defamatory, misleading, unlawful, or infringe third-party rights.
16. Severability and Survival
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective.
Warranty, liability, intellectual property, arbitration, and indemnity clauses survive termination.
